Telecare
Telecare is a service that enables people, especially older and vulnerable people, to live independently. 90% of people say that this is their wish and Telecare allows it to happen. Equally it gives peace of mind to family, friends and carers, knowing that when they are unable to watch over their loved ones, Telecare will.
Telecare is a service, not a technology.

SafeLinQ provides the technology through a range of mobile solutions which can automatically raise a number of alerts (alarms) and organise - through human contact - an effective response should a problem arise. Should it be in the home or at the shops, SafeLinQ provides peace of mind.
Some of the SafeLinQ alarms are:
- One touch SOS button
- Man down sensors
- Out of zone alerts
- Non movement detectors
Should any of the alarms be activated the users information is sent directly to the chosen monitoring center or mobile number of your chosen contact. This information includes the user names, contact details as well as the location information.
When using one of SafeLinQs preferred monitoring centers which operate around the clock the monitoring and support centre will immediately answer an emergency call or alarm and be able to locate the exact position of the user via GPS. The highly trained operators will have access to the users medical history, contact details and other relevant information vital in a potential emergency. If immediate help is required, the operator will summon the appropriate Emergency Service to the users location and continue to communicate with the user until assistance arrives.
